Roger Inniss wakes up every day with a vision, stimulated by fresh talent waiting to be unearthed around the world, inspired by bringing together works of art and fashion. By taking the time to recognize the beauty in every element, Roger has used his skills to create a casting and production agency at its finest – Boom Productions, Inc.

Roger, a Panamanian native, kick started his casting career at MTC Casting under the tutealage of Maurillo Carnino. Here he sharpened his skills while working with brands like Diane Von Furstenberg, Costello Tagliapietra, John Varvatos, and Custo Barcelona. After many meaningful years of experience, Roger decided to start his own company. Roger and his company grew while working with the likes of Creative Director Etienne Russo, Stefan Campbell, L’uomo Vogue Fashion Editor Robert Rabensteiner. Photographers Nagi Sakai and Xevi Muntane. With determination, a strong passion, and a keen eye for details, in just a few years, Roger has built Boom Production Inc. into a competitor with clients such as Michael Bastian, Gant, Moncler, Miguel Adrover, Project Runway, Vogue NL, L’Officiel Paris, KLM, Blauer, Lady Gaga, and many, many more.

Roger Inniss is currently a Casting and Production Director that shares most of his time between New York and Amsterdam for editorial and advertising shoots, fashion shows, print production, and special projects.
